ROOT BEXAR FLOAT

Barware: Milkshake Glass/Beer Mug


Into milkshake glass, add:

3 scoops of Lick Honest Ice Cream's Caramel Salt Lick Ice Cream

Wipe down an ice cold Southside Craft Sodas Root Bexar, remove the cap, and pour into the glass.


The Toppings

Top with whipped cream, roasted peanuts, caramel syrup, carefully microwaved peanut butter (to make a peanut butter sauce), and fleur de sel

Add a big, fat maraschino cherry and a striped straw






BOOZY BEXAR

Barware: Pint Glass

To begin, prepare your whip cream topping.


Whip together to stiff peaks:

1 c heavy whipping cream

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla

2 tb powdered sugar


Set aside


Into the bottom of a pint glass, combine:


1oz Balcones Brimstone American Whiskey

1.5oz Balcones Texas Rum


Add:

2 large scoops of Lick Hill Country Honey & Vanilla Ice Cream (Or Vanilla Ice Cream of Choice)


Wipe down an ice cold Southside Craft Sodas Root Bexar, remove the cap, and carefully invert the whole bottle into the pint glass, using the ice cream to hold it in place


Top the pint glass with your cinnamon whipped cream, leaving the butt of the Root Bexar bottle sticking out for extra style points!


Add a big, fat maraschino cherry and a striped straw
